Librarian from Nigeria Undergoes Kidney Stone Removal Surgery in India

Mr. Austin, a librarian from Nigeria was diagnosed with Kidney Stone but due to lack of medical facilities and infrastructure in Nigeria, he wasn’t able to get treatment for it. While searching for kidney stone removal surgery abroad, he visited an Indian medical travel provider website that offered medical services and treatments at cheaper prices. Here’s what he has to say about his experience in getting the treatment in India.

“I remember the first symptom I had was nausea for about two weeks and I though there is something more serious with me. The first pain I experienced was so severe and it started in the back and radiated towards my testicles. I reached the local hospital and was asked to undergo tests which revealed I had a kidney stone. After searching a lot for proper treatments and facilities at lower prices, I visited India through this Indian medical travel provider. Now, I am here in this hospital in India for my kidney stone removalsurgery. I am every happy to find this Indian medical travel provider, who completed everything on my arrival in India. They have completed all the tests, there were about 10 tests and also I saw all the new machines and equipments. I was quite impressed with the facilities and infrastructure in this hospital. The specialists and all other people I met were very good, nice and smart. The people are working by maintaining proper hygiene. Though I didn’t use to eat the food for the first time here; but eventually I started liking it after having it the second time. The food is good, the environment here is pleasant and the staff here is nice and caring. I am also grateful to this medical travel provider in India who helped my wife and my daughter to visit India so that they could be with me throughout my entire treatment. I am thankful to everybody who helped me to treat my ailment especially, the surgeon and nurses for taking care of me and being supportive throughout my treatment. I also want to thank my wife for the pain she took to come with me and help me out during this difficult time. Words may seem insufficient to express my gratitude to this healthcare consultant for their support, excellent medical services and facilities and care during my stay in India.”

Thank You Very Much,
Mr. Austin,
Nigeria
